Before proceeding (Whatsapp only): please verify that the messages to be certified are visible not only on the phone but also on Whatsapp Web. If they are not visible, we will need to proceed via cloud backup.
If Whatsapp Web displays a notice asking you to check messages on the phone after a certain date, try reloading the page multiple times (browser reload icon or CTRL + F5). If chats still don’t appear, we will provide a new quote for acquisition via cloud backup.
