We add to the certification file, also our complete report in a PDF file, which illustrates all the authenticated contents with images and provides all the technical information that your lawyer can directly quote without wasting time.
The report accompanying the certification is in English. For an additional payment we can also provide the report in other languages

We inform you that it is not possible, because to protect the privacy of our customers you can’t see an example of a report which is attached to the technical data, as there are too many personal elements, for which it is not possible to proceed by simply obscuring a name.
The certified copy and the attached report will be sent by email, upon advance payment. You cannot receive the certification before the credit is visible in our bank account

It is not necessary to confirm our work with the judicial authorities. The certified copy that we will provide you is made with a globally recognized forensic program. However, if you still want one of our technicians to be present at your hearing, know that you will have to bear the travel and accommodation expenses, which will all be at your expense, in addition to the fee for his presence, as explained below.
For any further activity related to the delivery of a certification (meetings with the client or lawyers, appointment of CTP, participation in Hearings also on call as witnesses, SIT or Expert Operations, further investigations, etc …) a new fee is envisaged at the net of VAT and legal charges and net of any expenses that will be previously authorized by the customer and accounted for with appropriate documentation in the subsequent invoice.

The certification can be downloaded within one year from when it is delivered. This does not mean that the certification loses its legal value, but only that for reasons of space and customer privacy we cannot keep the material beyond that date. If the customer has downloaded the material sent, he can therefore rest assured.
No, no expiration date for the certification we deliver to you. The value of the certified copy is precisely that of certifying the presence of a content in a given moment forever, even if it was subsequently removed. However, there are specific times within which to file a complaint with the authorities. For example, in Italy, the crime must be reported within three months of its occurrence.
The digital signature and time stamp that we apply by default has value only in the European Union. If you are interested in a document that may also be valid outside the European Union, you must expressly request it in the estimate, otherwise signatures valid only for Europe will be applied.
