You will receive a secure link to our GDrive containing a .zip package with:

The package can be downloaded and copied onto a USB stick or burned to a disk to be attached as official evidence in a legal complaint.
By default, the certification includes an EU-qualified timestamp (valid in all European courts). Upon request, we can apply an international timestamp recognized in jurisdictions worldwide.
The accompanying report is delivered in English by default.
For an additional fee, we can also provide the report translated into other languages upon request.
Yes. Our Certified Copies are issued with a qualified digital signature and timestamp, in full compliance with the European eIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014). This ensures legal validity and enforceability in all European courts.

Legal Value of Certifications
We completely understand why you would like to see a demo. When you are preparing a complaint or defending your reputation, it’s natural to want tangible reassurance about how your evidence will look and be delivered.
However, we cannot share sample reports or real certification files. Every case contains sensitive personal and technical data (URLs and profile IDs, IP addresses, device details, timestamps, headers, sometimes private messages or account information). Even heavy redaction does not safely prevent re-identification and, above all, alters the integrity of the evidence, which is contrary to forensic best practices. Publishing “demo” evidence would expose our clients and could undermine the very principles—authenticity, integrity, chain of custody—that make a Certified Copy valuable in court.
Instead of a demo, we guarantee transparency about our methods and deliverables. Our acquisitions follow widely accepted forensic references (e.g., ISO/IEC 27037, NIST guidance, ACPO good practice) and the resulting Certified Copy is sealed with a qualified EU digital signature and timestamp compliant with eIDAS. By default, the certification is valid across the EU; on request we can apply an international timestamp suitable for worldwide recognition.
Access to private areas—when strictly necessary—is performed only under a digital legal mandate signed by the client, protecting both your rights and our access. What you receive with every certification
- Digitally signed evidence package: one sealed container with the Certified Copy (forensic acquisition) and the accompanying report. Delivered as .zip.p7m (CAdES) or .tsd (Time-Stamped Data), both with a qualified EU timestamp. International timestamp available on request.
- Independent evidence mirror: a private, read-only link to an independent evidence server where the acquisition can also be downloaded/checked by courts or law enforcement.
- Package contents: URLs and timestamps, page content and source code, linked files and headers/metadata; when applicable, profile/user IDs and message identifiers; optional capture video.
- Signature & timestamp verifiability: the container embeds the qualified certificate and the timestamp token and can be verified with standard EU-qualified signature software commonly used by courts.
- Secure delivery: private cloud download link with 3-month availability; GDPR-compliant handling and strict confidentiality.
- Optional add-ons: SHA-256 hash attestation, capture video of the acquisition, structured annexes/timelines.

Each certification is carried out with a qualified digital signature and timestamp, valid throughout the European Union by default, with the option to request an international timestamp for worldwide validity.
Payment must be made in advance. The Certified Copy and the accompanying report will be delivered by email only after the payment has been credited to our bank account.
For this reason, it is not possible to receive the certification before the payment is confirmed.

It is not necessary for us to appear in court to confirm the validity of our work.
The Certified Copy we provide is produced with a globally recognized forensic acquisition program and carries full probative value on its own.
However, if you still require the presence of one of our technicians at your hearing, please note that all travel and accommodation costs will be at your expense, in addition to the professional fee for attendance.
Any further activity beyond the delivery of the certification — such as client or lawyer meetings, expert appointments, hearings (including as witnesses), SIT or technical operations, or additional investigations — will be subject to a new fee, excluding VAT and legal charges, and net of any reimbursable expenses, which must be pre-approved by the client and documented in the subsequent invoice.
In all the years we have been providing this service, our certifications have never been contested.
This is because we use forensic acquisition software that is internationally recognized by the scientific community.
If a certification were ever challenged, the costs and expenses for proving its authenticity would fall exclusively on the party contesting the evidence, not on the client who requested the certification.

A simple screenshot has no intrinsic legal value. It can only be freely interpreted by a judge, because it is impossible to guarantee the origin and authenticity of the image.
Screenshots can be easily edited or artificially created, and the opposing party can legitimately deny their validity.
For this reason, only a Certified Copy with digital signature and qualified timestamp ensures full probative value in court.

The certification can be downloaded within 3 months from the date of delivery.
After this period, in compliance with legal requirements on data protection and privacy, we cannot keep the material in our archive.
This does not reduce or limit the legal value of your Certified Copy.
Once you have downloaded the files, you can securely store them on your own device and use them at any time as valid legal evidence.
No, there is no expiration date for the certification we deliver.
The value of a Certified Copy is precisely that it proves the existence of a piece of content at a given moment in time, even if it is later removed from the web.
However, please note that there may be specific legal deadlines to file a complaint with the authorities, which depend on the jurisdiction (for example, in some countries certain crimes must be reported within a few months of their occurrence).
🔒 Probative value + optional Hash Code
For long-term validity, upon request we can also provide the SHA-256 hash code of the certified file.
This unique digital fingerprint allows anyone to verify the integrity and authenticity of the evidence at any time in the future.
The additional attestation, digitally signed and timestamped, further strengthens the probative value of the Certified Copy, making it legally robust and verifiable in any judicial or expert context.
By default, the digital signature and qualified timestamp we apply are valid throughout the European Union under the eIDAS Regulation.
If you require a certification that may also be valid outside the European Union, this must be expressly requested when asking for an estimate.
In that case, we can apply an international timestamp recognized in jurisdictions worldwide.
