Microsoft Account Export Certification
We certify official Microsoft account exports (remote only) to give your evidence full legal value. Typical sources include the Privacy Dashboard “Download your data” archive, the Recent activity page (sign-ins with IP/location, last 30 days), and Outlook.com mailbox exports (PST).
We perform a forensic acquisition of exported artifacts (.zip with JSON/CSV from the Privacy Dashboard; .pst for Outlook), preserving structure and metadata. We then issue a Certified Copy with digital signature and a qualified EU timestamp (eIDAS). By default it is valid across the EU; on request we can apply an international timestamp suitable for recognition worldwide.
Access to private portals, when required, is carried out only under a digital legal mandate signed by the account owner. We work strictly within GDPR and use read-only access wherever possible.
