If you need to prove overtime work for drivers (transport, logistics, field services), we certify GPS routes, stops and timestamps with full legal value — using data exported from online platforms (fleet/telematics portals, ELD/tachograph portals, GPS tracker dashboards). We do not take or image your device.
We perform a forensic acquisition of the relevant online sources — trip history, stops, geofences, ELD/tachograph official exports, GPS device portal logs (CSV/JSON/KML/PDF/XML), company time-tracking systems and related communications — preserving URLs, visible data, source code, downloadable files and technical metadata. We then issue a Certified Copy with digital signature and qualified EU timestamp. By default, the certification is valid across the European Union; on request we can apply an international timestamp suitable for recognition worldwide.
If private portals must be accessed, we work only with a digital legal mandate signed by the client and, where applicable, employer authorization for company-managed systems. All procedures are GDPR-compliant and handled with strict confidentiality. The delivered report (English; other languages on request) is lawyer-ready and can include a timeline of shifts, map extracts and annexes correlating GPS data with claimed working hours.
