To preserve the integrity of the registry, verification codes are issued only after a minimum validation review. False declarations may result in permanent exclusion from the registry.

What happens after submission?

  • Your website will be reviewed manually.
  • We verify the presence and proper use of the </AI> marker.
  • We check consistency between declaration and content.
  • If approved, a unique CWC code will be issued.
  • Your code will be published in the public registry.

Important

Submission does not guarantee approval. The </AI> marker must reflect genuine human supervision and responsibility.

Launch phase and future fee structure

During the initial launch phase, CWC codes are issued free of charge.
This phase will remain open until further notice and is subject to review at the sole discretion of the registry authority.

If and when a verification fee is introduced in the future, it will apply only to new approvals issued after that date.
Websites approved during the launch phase will retain free registry listing for one year from their approval date, even after the introduction of future fees.
